Why I built a different kind of dog walking service
I’ve shared my life with dogs for as long as I can remember. So when I started looking at pet care for my own dog, I was surprised by how impersonal most of it felt: rotating walkers, group walks where shy dogs got swallowed up, and very little communication.
The Pet Concierge was born from a simple belief — that the people we trust with our pets should feel like family, not a faceless agency. So I trained, got insured, became DBS checked and earned my Pet First Aid certificate. Then I capped my client list so every booking is genuinely one-to-one.
Today, I look after dogs and cats across Warrington with the same level of attention you’d give your own pet. No franchises. No shortcuts. Just calm, consistent, premium care.
